No Minimum Orders

We take pride in filling any size order, no matter how small. In keeping with that commitment, we place no minimum order threshold on any of the items we sell.

Customers can choose from three shipping options:

• Ten Days Shipping
• Standard Shipping

Heavy/Bulky Items Delivered by Specialty Carriers

Business days constitute Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Consolidating your ordering will save you Naira & dollars on freight costs. With our huge selection we can be your one-stop shop for Industrial Supplies, Maintenance, Repair and Operational needs.

We can ship your order Air freight, Ocean (LCL and FCL), and Courier door-to-door (including USPS Priority, DHL Int'l, UPS International Express, and FedEx Air Int'l Priority and Economy). You may chose to use your designated Freight Forwarder for shipment and delivery, or you may ask us to select a carrier based on your needs. We will provide you with estimated freight costs, insurance rates, and costs of any special documentation and handling fees.

Packing and Shipping

Orders flow through our validation process in which individual items are scanned. Counts are captured in our system to prevent the processing of incomplete or inaccurate orders.

After the packing process is complete, our Quality Assurance team performs package audits on a sample basis. The orders are checked for item accuracy, quantity, packaging and documentation. Proper and/or protective packaging and labeling is prepared in accordance with the Metalworth Industrial Supply packaging and labeling procedures. This assures that proper packing methods are followed and provides us with a tool for measuring our overall accuracy of outbound shipments.

Routing

We reserve the right to specify the routing on all shipments on which there is a freight allowance. If transportation other than what we specify is used, the customer must assume any additional charges if the cost is higher. Hazardous materials (HAZMAT) shipments may be limited to restrictions via carriers.

Shipments of Dot Haz Mat

For each hazardous material package requiring U.S. Department of Transportation shipping papers, hazardous material package charge will apply.

DELIVERY DATES

Please note that while we strive to meet all promised delivery dates, they are estimates only, not a guarantee. Metalworth is not responsible for deliveries that are delayed due to national disasters, inclement weather conditions, etc.

DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS
Check your order immediately upon arrival. All damages must be noted on delivery receipt. All shortages and damages must be reported into at 2348023134941 or e-mailed to sales@nigeriaindustrialmrosupply.com within 7 calendar days.

WARRANTIES
General Merchandise Warranty: Except as otherwise stated, the only warranties applying to materials sold are those, if any, specifically provided by the manufacturer to be honored by the manufacturer.

As sellers, we make no warranties, expressed or implied, of performance, merchantability, workmanship, quality, durability, suitability, or non-infringement including those instances where changes, alterations or modifications are made in materials at the request or instruction of the purchaser. Our obligation is limited only to the repair or replacement of defective parts or, at our sole option, to refund the purchase price.

Manufacturer's Responsibility: The purchaser recognizes that Metalworth is a distributor and not a manufacturer and all applicable product specifications, representations and warranties are solely those of the manufacturer or packager of the products sold.
